Amboseli National Park is among the most visited parks in Kenya. The name of the park came from a Maasai word 'Amboseli' that means salty dust. This is one beautiful park that has everything that makes Safari in Kenya perfect. Talk of wildlife, Camping, bird view etc, you get it all at Amboseli National Park. Amboseli is famously known for its large herd of Elephants.

You get a chance to visit Maasai families who live around this magnificent park. If you are planning to visit this park, then you are lucky because any time of the year is ideal to visit.  The entry for Non-resident adults is $80 and children pay $40. Make sure to carry enough drinking water, binoculars, sunscreen, camera, hat and sunglasses.  The park is opened for visitors from 6 am to 7 pm.
